1960–2015 Electrical Engineering Reunion

Date: Wednesday 18 November 2015

The class of 1960 Electrical Engineers were taken on a tour of teaching spaces and the Old Engineering Building by Professor Peter Farrell, Deputy Head Academic Programs for Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

The group had the opportunity to see the Centre for Neural Engineering where Dr Gursharan Chana showcased equipment and techniques utilised by researchers in the PC2 Laboratory, including a 3D bio-printer, stem cell research, and post-mortem brain research. The group also viewed the state-of-the-art Helium ion microscope.

The group ended the night with a dinner at Graduate House.

Thanks to Bill Brown and Mike Moore for their efforts in organising this reunion.
